Include a simple one sentence request to distribute our products with a Bill to and Ship to address, a photocopy of your tax i.d. number, and the name and title of the corporate officer signing the agreement on behalf of the company.
Once we have received these documents, we will send you a distributor agreement and product list. After you have reviewed these, simply sign the appropriate page and fax/mail that back. There is an initial minimum order of six balls.

Sposorships

Headball will sponsor select temas and clubs that sell 15 or more balls thru a pre approved sponsorship program. Sposorships include Team shirts, Headballs and Game balls.
